Payment and cancellation conditions

TERMS OF PAYMENT

To be able to accept Your booking request  of cottage Javorina Comfort  the minimum             of 50% of the total price of accommodation has to be prepayed.

Reservations are not valid until the deposit is paid.

Payment can be made by bank transfer. Payment instructions and the advance invoice will be sent by e-mail in the confirmation of booking.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

If cancelled more than 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged and the full  deposit will be refunded.

We accept cancellation of Your stay by phone or e-mail.

If you cancell Your stay less than 30 days before Your arrival, we charge the following  cancellation fee:

30 - 20 days before arrival: 25% of the price of stay

20 -  7 days before arrival: 50% of the price of stay

   7 - 0 days and during stay: 100% of the price of stay

Cancellation of Your stay  including the reason, should always be done as soon as possible, indicating: your name, contact details and date of stay.

The cancellation fee will not be charged if the client could not use the ordered services for serious health or family reasons and it´s proved by a valid written confirmation.
